The Opportunity We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our growing Product team and help shape the next generation of digital health solutions at Rauland. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior product leaders to support the development, enhancement, and delivery of innovative products that improve communication and care outcomes in healthcare settings. You’ll contribute to product roadmaps, gather insights from customers and stakeholders, and help ensure our products continue to meet the needs of clinicians, patients, and aged care providers. What you will be responsible for Support the development and execution of product roadmaps and go‑to‑market plans. Gather and analyse customer feedback, market data, and competitor insights to inform product decisions. Collaborate with engineering, delivery, and sales teams to ensure quality outcomes. Prepare product documentation, training materials, and customer presentations. Own the roadmap for development of one or more key product lines. Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for enhancement. What we're looking for 2–4 years’ experience in product, project coordination, or a technology‑related role. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑first mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical teams. A curiosity to learn and grow your expertise in digital health technology. Proactive and adaptable, with a hands‑on approach to getting things done. Technical knowledge from an electronics, software or communication system background will be highly regarded. Exposure to the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through long‑term support. Strong empathy for end users’ needs, balanced with appreciation for commercialisation and scalability requirements.
