We’re looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager who thrives in hospitality. About the Role Step into the Barossa Valley at The Lord Lyndoch and help create outstanding dining experiences. You’ll oversee daily operations, motivate a talented team, and ensure every guest receives high-quality service. You’ll also work closely across the venue to deliver seamless events and functions. What We’re Looking For Experienced leader in food and wine-focused environments Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences RSA certification Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings Understanding of hospitality financial management and rostering Key Responsibilities Oversee Operations – Manage daily service, bookings, email enquiries, and stock control Lead & Develop the Team – Mentor, train, and onboard Front of House staff Deliver Guest Experiences – Welcome guests, provide food and wine recommendations, and uphold The Lord Lyndoch’s service standards Support Events – Assist in planning and executing functions with attention to detail You’ll Shine If You Have hospitality qualifications (desirable but not essential) Enjoy genuine guest interaction and premium table service Have strong wine knowledge and love sharing it Lead and support the team confidently Protect the guest experience and business with smart decision-making Are reliable, organised, and calm under pressure Desirable: First Aid, Fire Warden, Responsible Person certification Join us at The Lord Lyndoch and help deliver exceptional experiences every day. #J-18808-Ljbffr
