Cost Control Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cost Controller to join the project Cost Control team on our Woodman Point Project In this role, you will provide timely and accurate cost analysis and reporting including productivity and other measures in order to support timely decisions on matters affecting cost outcomes. Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and analysis of cost reports, budgets, and forecasts Work closely with procurement, contracts & commercial teams to monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures & forecasts Liase with planning to integrate cost with physical progress & productivity Maintain resourcing requirements, PAFs & rates Assist with accurate cost control information including detailed analysis of budget, commitments, expenditure, VOWD, forecasting & change control.
