We're working with a leading provider of advanced electronic solutions, specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-performance technology. The company supports a variety of industries, ensuring precision and reliability in every project. The SMT Machine Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Surface Mount (SMT) machine line, producing high-quality Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assemblies for a range of applications. Key Responsibilities SMT Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and maintaining SMT equipment to ensure smooth production. Component Handling: Loading and unloading components, organizing inventory kits, and managing stock levels. Production Management: Scheduling jobs, logging processing times, and entering completed work into ERP. Quality Control & Maintenance: Inspecting PCBs, performing routine maintenance, and improving processes. Equipment & Software: Operating Pick and Place Machines, utilizing relevant programming tools, and managing reflow ovens. Administration & Teamwork: Adhering to company policies, collaborating effectively, and maintaining proficiency in relevant systems. Requirements Experience operating SMT machines, preferably Yamaha SMT Machines. Experience in electronic manufacturing assembly. Proficiency in SMT programming tools and software. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Ability to manage inventory and track component usage. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
