Weekend Receptionist - Pelican Waters Apply for the Weekend Receptionist role at Regis Aged Care. Responsibilities Answer telephone enquiries during shifts. Maintain files and documentation. Perform general administration and data entry. Order stationery and manage petty cash. Assist with staff rosters and training schedules. Ensure efficient operation of the front reception area. Assist with visitor enquiries and conduct home tours. Provide administrative support to other departments. Qualifications Previous experience in a busy reception role. Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines autonomously. Strong accuracy and data entry skills. PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel). Ability to learn internal software systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding telephone and customer service skills.
