Day to day, you can: Live and breathe our Green Leaves Commitments in your day‑to‑day practice Run smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations while putting the children and team at the heart of everything we do Create memorable experiences by greeting every family with warmth and delivering high‑quality tours and orientations Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to navigate what is required each day Inspire your team to achieve best practice through active collaboration with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and the Centre’s Educational Leader Champion quality education & care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with the support of our NLRDP partners and your Operations Support Manager Be a part of the local community by building genuine connections with local families and networks Work with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract our next generation of Educator superheroes.
