Management Accountant

We're currently seeking a Management Accountant to join our high-performing Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned financial professional who thrives on strategic thinking, collaboration, and driving business performance. What You’ll Do Prepare and analyse monthly management reports Support the forecast and budget process with key stakeholders Assist with pricing and margin analysis Manage weekly cash flow forecasts and banking activities Prepare external lodgements including BAS, FBT and insurance Provide technical advice and support to payroll and the wider finance team Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Bring CPA or CA qualified with 5–7 years' experience in management or financial accounting Strong commercial acumen and advanced Excel skills Proven experience in management accounting within a healthcare, manufacturing or capital equipment environment. Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office; Power BI and Coupa or similar P2P experience is a plus Australian work authorisation is required at the time of application.
