Task & Responsibilities Key Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and analyse management reports on costs, budgets, and financial performance. Develop budgeting and forecasting models and monitor variances against actual results. Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement. Provide financial insights and advice to assist management in strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and performance dashboards. Support business planning processes by modelling financial scenarios and profitability projections. Review and recommend improvements to financial controls, procedures, and systems. Collaborate with operational teams to set KPIs and monitor progress against financial targets. Liaise with external accountants and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data. Qualification & Experience Skills and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or a related discipline. Minimum of three (3) years of relevant full-time experience as a Management Accountant or closely related occupation. Demonstrated ability to prepare and interpret management reports and financial analysis. Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting methods and variance analysis. Proficiency in accounting and reporting software (e.g. MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks, or Excel modelling). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
