Solar Support Officer

The Company: Join Perth's premium Solar and Battery company. They install high quality solar and battery systems, heat pumps and EV chargers to residential customers in Perth and surrounding areas. As the Solar Support Officer, you'll be creating a smooth workflow process between the sales and install teams, providing solar design, technical advice, contract reviews and compliance support. Key Responsibilities: Provide solar design support for 10+ installs per day Identify solar panel layouts and battery locations Review switchboard and other site images Perform desktop checks for design, quality and compliance Process and review sales contracts for accuracy and equipment requirements Prepare single line diagrams and zone diagrams Support electricians, admin, sales and service teams Skills Required: Seeking a technically-minded professional with a background in Solar system designs, engineering, PV/Photovoltaic install experience or similar Knowledge of residential solar installations, commissioning and troubleshooting is ideal Knowledge of Australian standards and regulations Attention to detail Good communication and relationship management skills Would suit a Design Engineer, Technical Support, Electrical, OEM experience, or other relevant solar experience Benefits: Salary up to $80,000 + Super Phone and laptop provided Immediate start available This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday – Friday 8-4pm Full support from management and training Flexible hours Progression pathways aligning with your skillset and ambition Professional working environment with positive culture and committed team Social events and relaxed office atmosphere If you're interested please APPLY or email your CV and cover letter to ********@austcorpexecutive.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
