About the Role We’re expanding our sales team and want someone who knows how to convert. You’ll be handling warm inbound leads, conducting site inspections, presenting solutions, and closing deals with full autonomy. You run your pipeline, and you get full support to win. What You’ll Do Call warm leads promptly and professionally Conduct phone consults & in‑home or on‑site inspections Present solar + battery solutions clearly and confidently Build genuine rapport and close at a high ratio Manage your own pipeline and follow up consistently Quote using OpenSolar (experience preferred, not essential) Work closely with management for pricing support and negotiations Who You Are Experienced in solar sales or strong face‑to‑face sales background Sydney‑based (Prestons office) Strong closer with real hunger — not a seat‑warmer Organised, driven, competitive Can handle a high volume of leads without dropping the ball Valid driver’s licence (manual preferred but not essential) Comfortable working both in‑office and independently Takes ownership, doesn’t need hand‑holding If you’ve worked in Door‑2‑Door, home improvements, energy, alarms, solar, or any in‑home sales, your skills transfer perfectly.
