Quality Solar Systems Pty Ltd – Brisbane QLD We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven In-Home Solar Sales Representative to join our team at Quality Solar Systems Pty Ltd in Brisbane / Sunshine Coast / Gold Coast, Queensland. As a full-time solar sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our thriving renewable energy business. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the rapidly expanding solar industry, providing tailored solutions to residential and commercial customers. What you'll be doing Engaging with prospective customers to understand their energy needs and goals Conducting site assessments and providing detailed solar system design proposals Educating customers on the benefits of solar power and the latest technologies Negotiating and closing sales, ensuring a smooth customer experience Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and achieving individual sales targets Collaborating with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery Representing the company at industry events and networking functions What we're looking for Proven track record in sales, preferably within the renewable energy, home improvement or construction industry Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers Strong technical aptitude and understanding of solar energy systems and technologies Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable solutions Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve personal and company-wide goals Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the local area What we offer At Quality Solar Systems, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
