Design Architect (Mid-Level) – Immediate Start XO Projects is seeking a talented mid-level Design Architect with strong documentation experience to join our studio. This role is ideal for someone who is both conceptually creative and technically confident—someone who knows what it takes to deliver extraordinary architecture. We are offering an immediate position on a casual employment contract to support an exciting overseas multiresidential project, with potential for ongoing work. About the Role Develop and implement design concepts across all project stages Prepare documentation from town planning through to construction Attend client, consultant and council site meetings Coordinate with project consultants across disciplines Ensure projects meet program and budget targets Bring the extra to the ordinary Flat studio structure with genuine opportunities for growth Flexible working arrangements, including part-time options Convenient CBD-based studio Skills & Experience Minimum five years of relevant architectural experience Strong design mindset with demonstrated design and documentation capability Proficiency in Rhinoceros (must have) Proficiency in Revit documentation (must have) Grasshopper and Enscape skills highly regarded Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions Solid understanding of the Building Code of Australia If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please send your CV and portfolio to ******@xo-projects.com.
