Synergie is seeking a Waste Sorters for our client at a leading waste management facility in Coolaroo, VIC . $36.70 per hour + Super Temp to Perm Opportunity Days and Afternoon Shifts available What you will be required to do: As a Sorter, you will play a key role in supporting recycling operations by sorting recyclable materials on a fast‑moving conveyor line while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Sorting recyclable materials from a fast‑moving conveyor line Working in a repetitive, noisy, dusty environment Cleaning work areas and outdoor spaces as required Conducting waste audits for council representatives and clients Completing accurate reporting in a timely manner Performing routine equipment checks and basic maintenance Reviewing procedures regularly with a focus on safety and continuous improvement Qualifications Hold a valid car licence (essential) Have a good work ethic and strong reliability MUST be comfortable with Waste smells Be able to perform repetitive tasks over long periods Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance Be self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team Possess high attention to detail What’s on offer for you As a leading provider of temporary workforce we value all our employees and offer a weekly pay run, a commitment to working with our clients for safe working environments and consultants that care. #J-18808-Ljbffr
