CoreStaff is currently seeking Recycling Sorters for our client’s Waste Recycling Facility located in the southern suburbs of Bibra Lake. Immediate starts SOR 38+ hours a week $36.70+ penalties You’ll work within this busy facility and must be available to work Monday‑Friday, up to twelve hours a day during busy periods. Responsibilities Sort through recyclable waste on the conveyor within the plant to ensure non‑recyclable and other materials are removed and destroyed correctly. Ensure correct recyclables are received across conveyors within the plant. General clean up and housekeeping across all areas of the recycling plant facility. Work in accordance with the client’s on‑site safety procedures and policies. Manual handling and heavy lifting of up to 25kg+. Qualifications Current WA Driver’s Licence Ability to obtain National Police Clearance Willingness to obtain hepatitis immunisations if required Full working rights with no limitations Good communication skills & speak, read and write in English Must be able to stand for long periods at a time Ability to work long shifts and within a team environment A high level of commitment towards on‑site safety Able to pass a drug and alcohol screen Able to complete online inductions Benefits Day shift start time 04:30am; afternoon shift start time 12:30pm Weekly pays On‑site team lunches & events This role will best suit residents of the southern suburbs of Perth close to Bibra Lake.
