About the Role You’ll help customers recycle correctly, keep the site safe and tidy, and make sure materials are reused or disposed of responsibly. This hands‑on role requires flexibility and short‑notice weekday and weekend shifts. What You’ll Do Assist customers to unload and recycle materials safely. Sort and stack items for reuse, recycling, or safe disposal. Inspect loads and guide drivers to the right areas. Keep the site clean, safe, and welcoming. What We’re Looking For Passion for recycling and sustainability. Commitment to supporting people with disability. Flexibility for shifts (weekends and weekdays). License and reliable transport (HR licence desirable). Physically fit and able to move/lift items. Strong customer service and communication skills.
