Are you an experienced Tourist/Caravan Park Assistant Management couple or perhaps a Property Manager or Accommodation/Hospitality Manager with a partner who loves working outdoors, looking after grounds with general maintenance/handy person skills? Not afraid to take on a wide range of duties, being hands‑on, as well as working with the management and ownership team improving the park and giving a great guest experience? Then this is the opportunity for you About the role Equinox Property Group is seeking applications from prospective management couples who are interested in Assistant Management roles at a short stay holiday/tourist park in Doncaster East, Melbourne, VIC. Our ideal outcome would be to see you progress in time to a Park Management role within our group and varied locations around Australia. Your Duties and Responsibilities Working closely with the Park Management team and business owners discussing, making and implementing commercial decisions Working with the Park Management team to project manage developments at the park, including facilities, cabins and amenities upgrades Completing general maintenance of the park (including handyperson, grounds and cleaning as required) Attending to after‑hours lock ups and call‑outs (on rotating basis with Park Managers) in relation to guest and maintenance needs Your Skills and Experience Previous facilities, property management or hospitality exposure Excellent customer and staff interface skills Personal handyperson and maintenance skills Ability to manage prospective capital development (project management) Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office suite Good ability to read and understand financial reports and profit and losses First Aid Certificate will be highly regarded Police Clearance Attention to detail, flexible and reliable Passion for customer service with a people/community focus mindset Must have permanent right to work in Australia Other Benefits Attractive combined base salary and superannuation package, subject to experience of the successful candidates On‑site accommodation and utilities included as part of package Performance bonuses Health Care benefits after set period with business Shortlisting for this position will commence immediately. #J-18808-Ljbffr
