Our client is a long established and well-respected supplier and manufacturer of commercial furniture. They are looking for a dynamic and results driven individual with some experience in the B2B market. Candidates should have 6-12 months of B2B sales or customer service experience. The Role: You'll be managing established clients allowing our sales exec's to find new business and markets. Success in this position will put you on track to becoming a BDM as our client believes in promoting from within. You will oversee various aspects of the pre-sale and post-sale process from customer support, quoting, to installation and after sales support. However, there is an established team around you including sales manager, sales exec, and project manager to help you achieve the team's goals. About You: You enjoy being customer-focussed and want to share in the team's success. You thrive in a team environment and would describe yourself as a net contributor in any team. Experience in interior design or estimating would be an advantage and viewed favourably. Or maybe you have worked on the supply chain side and feel you can be successful in sales. Other favourable attributes would be good working knowledge of digital design platforms (Adobe or Canva), markups from drawings, and/or degree in a related field.
