About the Role As our Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic and ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional delivery of services. This role combines leadership, people engagement, problem-solving, and strategic thinking — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact. You will: Lead and inspire a high-performing reception and admin team Support GPs and clinical staff to deliver seamless patient care Manage rosters, workflows, daily operations, and quality standards Oversee financial processes, billing, batching, PIP/WIP and compliance Handle HR, recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and performance management (with support from a district manager) Maintain accreditation, Medicare/MBS compliance, and regulatory standards Drive a warm, welcoming, patient-focused culture No two days are the same — and your leadership will be central to keeping the practice running at its best.
