About the Role Motors Hobart are seeking a qualified and reliable Technician to join our service team. In this role, you’ll carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring all work meets manufacturer standards and delivers exceptional results for our guests. Responsibilities Perform routine servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostics. Carry out inspections and complete roadworthy or warranty work. Accurately document all work and follow workshop procedures. Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Work collaboratively with the service and parts departments. Skills & Experience Qualified Automotive Technician (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent). Dealership or manufacturer training highly regarded. Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Monday to Friday role with regular working hours. Ongoing manufacturer and dealership training. Stable, full‑time employment in a professional workshop. Team member discounts across automotive products and services.
