About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and driven Sommelier to join our team at Chin Chin in Surry Hills. You will have an unwavering passion and appreciation of wine. This is a hands‑on role with focus on service delivery. The Ideal Candidate will have Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a high volume restaurant Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine Passion for wine and the industry Exceptional service skills Excellent communication and organisation Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Working with LUCAS Collective: People are at the core of our success and our culture goes beyond our workplace.
