About the Opportunity Provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment. The Ideal Candidate Must Have Previous experience as a Kitchen Hand Experience in a fast‑paced restaurant environment advantageous Demonstrated organisational, time management & problem‑solving skills Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends and public holidays Understanding of food hygiene and safety Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Reliable and hard‑working Must have valid work rights in Australia Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
