Sales Administrator – Denza Victoria （Bilingual Priority)

With the expansion of DENZA in Victoria, we are now seeking passionate Denza Partners to join our retail team and be part of this exciting new chapter of growth and innovation. What You’ll Be Doing As the Sales Administrator, you will support the Denza Victoria management and sales teams by maintaining accurate sales records, tracking vehicle orders and inventory, and preparing key performance reports to ensure smooth and efficient dealership operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update sales data, reports, and performance summaries Track customer orders, deliveries, and inventory movements in real time Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports for management Process purchase orders for new vehicle procurement and inbound stock Liaise with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment Monitor stock availability and assist in inventory forecasting and allocation Support the sales team with documentation, invoicing, and CRM updates Assist with internal audits, compliance, and reporting accuracy Provide general administrative and operational support to dealership management What We’re Looking For Required Proven experience in sales administration, data reporting, or dealership operations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and database management Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure Excellent communication and coordination skills Professional presentation and commitment to delivering high‑quality work Highly Regarded Prior experience in the automotive or retail industry (sales admin, stock control, or CRM management) Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g. Pentana, Salesforce, or similar) Understanding of vehicle order, delivery, and purchase workflows Bilingual proficiency (English & Mandarin) is highly preferred What We Offer Competitive salary + Superannuation Opportunity to join a premium EV brand at its launch stage in Australia Career growth and progression within the Harmony Auto network Exposure to a high‑performance, innovative international dealership group Modern workspace at our Denza Victoria flagship dealership in Mulgrave Why Join Denza Victoria?
