Sales Support Administration

Farmlink Rural is an independent rural agribusiness located in Manjimup. We provide agricultural and horticultural goods and expertise, from large-scale irrigation projects, to agronomy, soil and plant health and weather monitoring. We are seeking a highly motivated, result-driven team player who thrives on providing quality service to our customers. This role is focused on rural merchandise sales, service to our customers, administration duties plus assisting other sales personnel within shop premises. The position would suit a team player with a can-do attitude, with an interest in agriculture. Duties/Responsibilities To be the first point of contact for in store customers, telephone calls and emails Motivated for continual improvement of product knowledge Provide outstanding customer service to clients Assist with goods transfers and receivables, sales and other administration duties Unloading and receiving stock deliveries, including lifting of up to 25kg Actively maintain a clean, safe workspace and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures Requirements Ability to provide exceptional customer service High attention to detail with ability to prioritise and execute tasks The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Exceptional time management and organisational skills Current forklift licence required, or willingness to obtain training and certification Ability to work Saturday mornings on a roster (about 1 Saturday/month) Australian citizenship required for this position Relevant training and certification will be provided for the right applicant.
