About the Role As a Casual Cleaner, you'll enjoy the freedom to choose the hours you're available, while working across both residential and office sites. You'll be trained and supported to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning using our eco-conscious systems and products. What you'll be doing Cleaning residential and office premises to a high standard Following clear checklists including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, and general tidying Spotting issues that require attention and addressing them proactively Restocking your own supplies when needed Reporting safety or maintenance concerns to management Maintaining your caddy, tools, and equipment in clean, working condition Using safe, family- and pet-friendly eco-conscious products Travelling between job sites when required Following all health & safety procedures What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable working independently and managing their time Able to follow systems, checklists, and quality standards carefully Friendly, respectful, and professional with clients and teammates Aligned with safe, eco-conscious cleaning practices Available for flexible shifts from 6am onwards Physically able to bend, lift, carry equipment, and be on their feet Has reliable transportation (kilometres between jobs are paid) Lives close to central Perth and surrounding suburbs Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience is required.
