Will + Olive Casual Cleaner – Up to 20 Hours Per Week | Flexible Hours About the Role Due to exciting growth at Dukes, we are expanding and launching a new cleaning division of Dukes Estate Agents called Will & Olive—and we’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused casual cleaner to join our team. You’ll be responsible for supporting our Property Management and Sales teams by delivering high‑standard cleaning services to our clients across a variety of locations. End‑of‑lease cleans Pre‑marketing cleans for homes going to market Cleaning properties prior to open homes and inspections Helping clean our three office locations Any other ad‑hoc cleaning tasks as required This is a casual position offering up to 20 hours per week with flexible working hours, ideal for someone seeking work‑life balance. What You’ll Be Doing Ensuring properties are presented to a professional, high standard Carrying out detailed cleaning in predominantly residential settings Supporting the presentation of homes for sale and lease Keeping offices clean, tidy, and welcoming Working independently and efficiently to meet deadlines Someone reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated Strong attention to detail Good communication and time‑management skills Ability to work independently, but follow company guidelines and processes Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential What We Offer Flexible hours Supportive, friendly workplace culture Stable, ongoing casual work Opportunity to grow with a newly expanding division If you’re excited to be part of a business that values quality, teamwork, and great presentation, we’d love to hear from you.
