We’re looking for a talented Manufacturing Equipment Technician to join our Industrial Engineering team. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and competent assembly, testing and commissioning of production equipment and to provide a timely and effective response to maintenance and calibration requests. Key responsibilities Maintain the Production equipment Prepare maintenance and calibration plans and manuals Define spare parts and ensure stock levels are set Provide a timely breakdown service Review breakdowns and modify equipment and processes appropriately Provide Production with equipment for use in the manufacture of WSS and subsequent products Liaise with users and vendors to specify and procure all parts necessary to complete the rig construction Organise with mechanical and electrical technicians/contractors to construct the rigs to the commissioning stage Liaise with Process engineering to ensure trouble free commissioning and handover Liaise with Process Engineering specialists and Production users to continually improve to improve yield and output Education and necessary skills Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of production maintenance, calibration practices and reliability engineering principles Experience developing and executing preventative and corrective maintenance plans, including documentation of procedures and manuals Clear and concise documentation, reporting, and handover skills.
