Join our multidisciplinary Allied health team and discover some of the most untouched places in Australia, as you travel by road or small planes to visit homelands and Indigenous communities across Arnhem land. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments with a focus on understanding the cultural, physical, and emotional needs of patients, especially Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Develop and maintain accurate records, including treatment plans and progress notes, with sensitivity to cultural factors. Provide therapy services, including exercises and activities, to promote health and independence. Utilize therapeutic techniques to support patients in improving or recovering their abilities. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, within our multidisciplinary team. Adapt therapy plans based on patient progress, attending conferences and meetings to discuss treatment. Engage with clients in remote Indigenous communities to deliver culturally respectful care. Base Salary + Superannuation (Full-time, HP Level 2.1 - 2.4): $106,583.86 - $121,633.08 + $5,000 sign on bonus + $10,000 relocation What We Offer: 4 Day work week. $5,000 sign on bonus.
