This is your opportunity to join a comprehensive cancer care team providing best practice cancer treatment to patients close to their home, family and friends. Key Points You will play a key role in delivering high quality Radiation Therapy planning and treatment services to the Riverina community. Develop your career within an innovative, patient-focused, rapidly expanding company. You will be a preferred candidate for internal transfer after 12 months’ of service. Relocation allowance for moving costs. A competitive regional bonus: after 2 years of service $4000, after 3 years $6000, after 4 years $9,000. There is the opportunity for a full-time radiation therapist to join our Cancer Care Riverina team, located in Wagga Wagga. You will be part of a rapidly growing and developing service, working in a collaborative team environment. All staff are rotated through simulation, planning and treatment ensuring skills development and professional progression. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, safe, patient-centred clinical radiation therapy across simulation/planning and treatment delivery. Maintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience across the work area. Support a high-performance culture that delivers excellence in patient care services and team development. Be part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient needs are met in a timely manner. Capability & Qualifications Proven technical skills in radiation therapy treatment delivery with demonstrated experience in planning in a range of radiotherapy techniques. Effective interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate you are collaborative, trustworthy and confident in building strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy services including awareness of ACHS national quality standards. Strong patient focus where the patient is at the centre of every decision. Highly enthusiastic, motivated, and quick to adapt in a supportive environment. Current AHPRA radiation therapist registration. Current NSW Radiation Use Licence. Criminal Record Clearance. Proof of Vaccination Record for Health Care Workers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
