Competitive REM (commensurate with years exp) 12‑month contract, full‑time (9‑day fortnight) – Concord, NSW The Role: We’re excited to offer a new opportunity for a Radiation Therapist to join our expanding team at Concord. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high‑quality radiation therapy planning and treatment in accordance with prescriptions from a Radiation Oncologist. Reporting to the Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist, this is a 12‑month, full‑time contract. Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, patient‑focused radiation therapy planning and treatment services that meet all relevant safety and quality standards. Uphold exceptional standards of patient care and continuously improve service quality and patient experience. Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely and comprehensive patient care. Demonstrate respect, dignity, and equality in all interactions with patients and their carers. Contribute to a high‑performance culture that prioritises patient‑centred care through teamwork and collaboration. Who We’re Looking For You’ll join a dynamic, innovative team committed to advancing cutting‑edge radiation therapy techniques. We’re seeking someone enthusiastic, motivated, and adaptable, who thrives in a supportive environment. Applications from newly graduated and early career RTs welcomed. Previous experience in radiation therapy planning is highly desirable but not essential. Skills & Experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders. Proven commitment to delivering high‑quality radiation therapy services. Ability to follow clinical protocols and procedures with precision. Understanding of private healthcare service delivery models. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Current AHPRA Radiation Therapist registration and NSW Radiation User Licence (or eligibility to obtain).
