In this role, you will build and maintain strong customer relationships, deliver exceptional service, and work autonomously to achieve business success. A valid C Class driver’s licence is essential and the drive to increase revenue across our print products. This is a role you can really make your own. Key Responsibilities In this exciting role, you will: Grow Revenue : Develop new opportunities by engaging with existing clients and actively seeking new business to increase revenue. Client-Centric Approach : Gain a deep understanding of client needs and create tailored sales strategies that resonate. Hit Targets : Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the business. Present Proposals : Craft high-quality sales proposals and present them confidently to clients, showcasing our products and services. Provide After-Sales Service : Ensure clients are supported post-sale, offering a high level of service to maintain strong, long-term relationships. Contribute to Strategy : Provide valuable insights to help shape our advertising strategies. Manage Risks : Identify, assess, and manage business and revenue risks as they arise. What You’ll Bring Has experience in customer service or sales roles, including retail or hospitality industries. Has a genuine passion for working closely with clients to ensure they get the best return on their investment with us. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills . Is organised and able to balance competing priorities and deadlines. Has strong computer literacy , especially with MS Office applications .
