Stellarossa Hervey Bay Drive Thru & Café We are on the lookout for passionate and fun‑loving Experienced Kitchen Team Members (Chefs, Cooks, and Kitchen Hands) to join our dynamic opening team. About Stellarossa Founded in Brisbane in 2009, Stellarossa Coffee has grown throughout Queensland in Café, Kiosk, and Drive‑Thru formats. Each location is locally owned and operated, with franchise owners who are hands‑on and passionate about their community. Our mission is to deliver premium service, perfect coffee, and delicious meals made fresh in‑house using quality local produce. About the Role Working in the kitchen at our brand new Stellarossa Hervey Bay Drive Thru & Café, you’ll help prepare delicious, fresh meals for dine‑in, takeaway, and drive‑thru guests. You’ll be involved in every part of the process — from prep and cooking to plating and kitchen organisation. You’ll help maintain the highest food quality and safety standards while working closely with a friendly, supportive team. This is a casual position with plenty of hours available across weekdays and weekends. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to Stellarossa standards Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment Supporting the team with prep and service during busy periods Following food safety and hygiene procedures Managing ingredients, stock, and kitchen efficiency Contributing ideas for specials and menu improvements What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (cook, chef, or kitchen‑hand) Strong understanding of kitchen operations Positive, reliable, and team‑oriented attitude Ability to work efficiently under pressure Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality Availability for weekends and flexible shifts Benefits Competitive casual pay under the Restaurant Industry Award + Super No late nights Opportunities for incentives and staff discounts Friendly and supportive team culture Opportunities to learn and grow with a new café and drive‑thru Apply Now How to apply: Click on the link to apply through Zapid Hire.
