We’re looking for Experienced Baristas and Guest Service Team Members (our “Creators of Happiness) to join the opening team at Stellarossa Hervey Bay Drive Thru & Café . Enjoy a dynamic role that lets you showcase your barista expertise, deliver genuine service, and be part of a supportive, community-focused team. We offer competitive casual hourly rates under the Restaurant Industry Award + super + opportunities for incentives Weekend availability is essential, and full training will be provided. Founded in Brisbane in 2009, Stellarossa Coffee has grown throughout Queensland in Café, Kiosk, and Drive Thru formats. Each location is locally owned and operated by passionate franchise partners who are dedicated to delivering premium service, perfect coffee, and fresh, delicious meals made in-house using local produce. About the Role As part of the Stellarossa Hervey Bay team, you’ll work across both café and drive thru operations — preparing and serving exceptional coffee, cold beverages, and fresh meals for dine-in and takeaway guests. This is a casual position with plenty of hours available, including weekends. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with guests, and take pride in the quality and presentation of every order. Previous drive thru experience will be highly regarded , especially if you’re confident multitasking and delivering excellent service under pressure.
