Their products are used within both hospital and clinic settings and by a range of key specialists including orthopaedics, pain management and interventional radiology. The Role Based in Melbourne, this role covers Victoria, with a primary focus on the Melbourne metro area and some regional travel as required. This position plays a pivotal role in providing clinical and technical expertise to support the adoption and ongoing success of a highly specialised interventional pain therapy. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses and allied health professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient care and therapy outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and patient follow‑ups. Educate clinicians and support staff on therapy protocols, device operation and patient management. Develop strong relationships with key hospital departments and healthcare professionals. Support sales and therapy adoption through clinical excellence and customer engagement. Participate in training sessions, conferences and professional education programmes. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide timely updates on clinical activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless patient care and therapy delivery. About You Background in nursing or allied health, ideally with patient‑facing experience, or existing experience as a Clinical Specialist in the medical device industry. Experience in one or more of the following areas would be highly regarded: orthopaedics, neuromodulation or interventional radiology. A natural educator who enjoys supporting clinicians and improving patient outcomes. Strong communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills. Proactive, organised and comfortable working both independently and as part of a close‑knit team. Willingness to travel across Victoria and occasionally interstate. Holds a valid driver’s licence and is comfortable working in clinical environments, including operating rooms. What’s on Offer Competitive base salary + super. Car allowance + fuel.
