Your Role Collaborate with international teams in Manila and Sydney. Work with THE ICONIC's Buying and Design teams on trends and priorities. Audit information from vendors and buyers for accuracy. Process buying administration tasks efficiently. Adapt to evolving role requirements. Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively. Collaborate with ZALORA and THE ICONIC teams. Be open to additional responsibilities. About You Strong English communication skills. Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude and problem‑solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration. Proficiency in Excel and numerical data skills. Understanding of online retail and inventory management is a plus. Passion for learning and a positive attitude. Flexibility to work in Metro Manila one day a week. Immediate availability to start.
