Engagement Officer – Digital Health Brisbane North PHN is seeking an Engagement Officer in Digital Health. This role will support effective adoption and use of digital health tools, data-driven improvement and strengthened digital capability to support the primary care sector. Responsibilities Partner with primary health care providers to provide support and facilitation of digital health activities using evidence-based change management methodologies. Respond to digital health support requests as escalated via the Practice Support pathway. Actively support primary health transformation within the scope of digital health, through identification and coordination of priorities, capability and capacity building, partnerships, change management and quality improvement frameworks. Support the collection and meaningful use of primary care practice data to support general practice and population health planning for the PHN’s region. Please note, this role will require travel to support practices in the Brisbane North region. Qualifications Experience in the primary health care setting, including a strong understanding of general practice. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of digital health initiatives relevant to primary care. Experience in the application and implementation of, and aptitude for digital health ICT solutions and systems (e.g., clinical software, data extraction tools, My Health Record, secure messaging, electronic prescriptions, PRODA, HPOS, digital referral tools). Qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in delivering change management and/or facilitation skills. Benefits Purpose-led work that delivers real community impact.
