Ertech is seeking Heavy Duty Mobile Plant Mechanics & Auto electricians to join our team on Barrow Island on an ongoing basis. ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently recruiting for experienced Heavy Duty Mobile Plant Mechanics & Auto electricians to join our team on Barrow Island to support the team there. Heavy Duty Mobile Plant Mechanics / Auto electricians report to the workshop supervisor and will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our fleet of earthmoving mobile plant, light vehicles and ancillary plant across our projects on the island. ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS FOR THESE ROLES ARE. Relevant Australian recognised Trade Certificate Field service experience Experience using CAT and other OEM Programmes Medium level of computer literacy with MS Word Suite. Comply with Ertech and clients HSE, values. Team player with leadership skills HR Drivers Licence & Forklift Licence Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and AOD screening. It's also home to Chevron’s Gorgon Project and WA Oil operations. It is the largest oil field discovered in Western Australia. Ertech has been a major service provider to Chevron Australia’s Gorgon Project for over 10 years.
