Senior Advisor Operations Support, National Service Delivery, Wellington Fixed Term, Full Time Te Haeata / The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join our Operations Support team within National Service Delivery to lead specific process improvement initiatives on a fixed term basis through to June 2026. Ō Pūkenga / Skills And Experience The successful applicant will be able to think outside the box and be able to understand and interpret data and documentation to determine a way forward through the project lifecycle. The role requires a high level of verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management skills. The successful applicant will have opportunities to demonstrate and develop project management, workshop facilitation, and change management skills. Requirements Experience providing service improvement advice in complex customer‑centred organisations Effective delivery of projects, including the ability to define a business problem, plan and deliver an effective solution Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to prioritize requests across functions, manage stakeholders' expectations confidently and collaboratively, and build close relationships Proven experience in supporting team members to manage multiple priorities Utu ā-tau / Salary The salary range for this role is between $98,208 and $135,539, with the likely appointing salary between $98,208 and $126,683, based on skills and experience.
