The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Site Supervisor / Site Manager to oversee projects across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Hunter Regions. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong construction, administration and communication skills, effectively coordinating on‑site teams and subcontractors to ensure all project scopes are delivered within established budgets and timeframes. This role also requires a proactive approach to implementing and maintaining site safety, quality and environmental management standards. Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating direct trades and sub‑contractors Reporting and implementing IMS (WH&S) requirements Driving and delivering the construction programme, including fortnight‑ahead programming Building strong stakeholder management through proactive and professional communication Read and understand plans & review design documentation Set‑out and site establishment Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar role with projects ranging from $100k to $5M Demonstrated experience across MS Office, MS Project and construction management software Strong knowledge of construction practices, design and construction principles Superior written and verbal communication skills Proactive problem‑solving ability Demonstrated commitment to teamwork Current NSW Drivers licence Eligibility to work in Australia on a permanent basis If you are a team player seeking an opportunity to work in a growing organisation with a strong pipeline that provides a positive work life balance and supports diversity – this is the role for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
