The Impact of the Sales Coordinator The est living sales coordinator works closely with our sales team and is ultimately responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. This will be achieved by providing administrative, presentation and customer service support to sales in order to support revenue growth and targets for our portfolio of brands and retail partnerships. The sales coordinator for est living is a major day-to-day point of contact for both our clients and team. Your Role Providing professional support and coordination as well as performing administrative campaign project work using software tools Salesforce, Gmail, Gdocs, Word, Powerpoint and Excel. Liaise with clients via email and phone to coordinate campaigns. Communicating with clients to ensure smooth running of annual partnerships and advertising campaigns - include the creation, coordination and delivery. Accommodate and prioritise a number of clients and concurrent advertising campaigns in a busy annual calendar of business priorities eg Editorial, product inventory and revenue management. Client data entry and use of specialist software including publishing and business management tools for eg Managing client booking forms and client contact information. Reporting and analysis of key partner KPI’s, deliverables and outcomes with the number aim to exceed client expectations. Maintain effective and enthusiastic business relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You as a Team Member Everyone at est is integral in helping us grow. A university degree with a background in media, marketing or business is preferred. Other experience in media and marketing roles would be highly regarded. Demonstrated experience within sales, within a client marketing department or within a media agency. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills. Strong numerical and analytical skills. The ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously. Intermediate Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people and relate to people at all levels of client/agency organisations.
