Our Launceston office is looking for a talented Administration Co‑ordinator in a part‑time role who will be responsible for supporting our sales and property management teams. This position offers approx. 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling to suit work‑life balance. No two days are the same, so we need someone who thinks on their feet, has a flair for multi‑tasking and brings energy and efficiency to their workplace. What you'll be doing Being a small company the roles merge so there will be a mixture of tasks in reception, general administration and back office Providing administrative support to the sales and property management teams Be the smiling face greeting clients or the friendly voice on the phone Processing sales and PM documents Co‑ordinate day to day activities of new listings and inspections Utilising Sales & PM CRMs (training will be provided) Liaison and follow up of clients and third parties Social media postings and co‑ordination of marketing campaigns You will have Ability to work unsupervised and enjoy the personal nature of a small team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact effectively with clients and colleagues A keen eye for detail and a demonstrated commitment to delivering high‑quality work Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficiency in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) systems and social media platforms A flair for social media postings and marketing strategies Experience in an administration or relevant role with either real estate experience or the desire to enter this dynamic industry A minimum of 3‑5 years of administration experience is required for this position A can‑do attitude and an appetite for learning What we offer At Saunders Property Group, we understand that while we work hard that is not all to life and that family and outside commitments are equally important.
