Join to apply for the Facilities Co-ordinator role at Hall & Wilcox About the Role and Team We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Co‑ordinator to join our Workspace team in our Melbourne office. As Facilities Co‑ordinator, you will play an important role in providing efficient and reliable facilities support to our thriving and growing Melbourne office. Our Melbourne office currently consists of over 460 people. This role will require you to be in the office full time. Responsibilities setting up rooms and IT equipment for meetings, events and seminars; liaising with the Events team in relation to internal events and their requirements; setting up desks including IT equipment and cabling; maintaining inventory of AV and WFH equipment, such as monitors, keyboards, meeting room pc’s and headsets; conducting daily morning floor walks to ensure the office is ready for operation; managing security access card distribution and maintenance; providing office tours for new starters; maintaining internal meeting rooms including AV equipment, stationery and room presentation; monitoring and completing service requests submitted through Jira; logging jobs with building management; co‑ordinating the secure bin pickup and delivery; co‑ordinating general office maintenance including changing photocopier toners, removing paper jams and minor odd jobs and repairs; and assisting with office moves and fit‑out projects (possibly in other states) and other ad‑hoc tasks as required. Qualifications experience in a facilities, administration or similar role in a professional services environment is ideal, but not essential; strong attention to detail; strong customer service skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; flexible and reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and proactive approach; strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise deadlines; ability to work autonomously as well as take direction; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to work under pressure; and professional work ethic.
