About the Role As our Human Resource Co‑ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the hotel’s HR function, including: General office administration Coordinating the hotel’s work experience and immersion programs Recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Coordinating training and development programs. Assisting with performance management and employee relations. Maintaining out TANDA HR system and personnel records. Contributing ideas to improve HR processes and enhance daily operations Supporting workplace health and safety initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow while working closely with the General Manager and department managers. What We’re Looking For A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and administrative skills A proactive, adaptable approach and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
