Warehouse Service Assistant/Co-ordinator SERVICE ASSISTANT / CO-ORDINATOR – FULL TIME Location: Ingleburn, Southwest SydneyCompany: Leading National Distributor of Aquarium and Pet Accessories for over 30 years Are you a versatile, hands-on individual seeking a diverse role within a dynamic service department? Join our team as a Warehouse Service Assistant/Co-ordinator and contribute to the smooth operation of our central warehouse. Key Responsibilities Assemble and prepare shop displays for customer orders Repair products and manage warranty replacements Conduct quality control inspections and assist with stock control Process returns, manage damages, and put away stock Support Warranty Claims and service documentation Assist with ordering parts and pick & pack in the warehouse as required Perform ad-hoc repairs (in-house, kitchen, amenities, lighting, exits, quarantine, etc.) Undertake other assigned functions as required Requirements Previous experience in a hands-on warehouse or general repair role preferred Forklift licence (preferable) Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for occasional travel (KM allowance provided) Physically capable of some heavy lifting Commitment to workplace safety and OHS principles Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility We Offer Competitive remuneration (discussed during the interview) Variety in daily tasks and opportunities to learn Supportive team environment and onsite parking If you have proven experience, a strong work ethic, and a professional approach, we invite you to apply.
