We take pride in offering first-class hospitality, and we’re looking for a dedicated Event Co-ordinator (ECO) to join our team and bring unforgettable events to life About the Role As our Event Co-ordinator , you’ll be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of all Member and external functions. Your role will focus on seamless event execution, impeccable service, and attention to detail —ensuring every occasion reflects the high standards of our club. What You’ll Be Doing Event Management & Coordination – Plan and oversee functions, managing everything from bookings to post-event reviews. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration – Work closely with our Hospitality Manager, Executive Chef, and Director of Sports to bring events to life. Customer Service & Guest Experience – Ensure an exceptional Member experience through hands‑on support and first‑class service. Operations & Administration – Maintain records, prepare event materials, and uphold compliance with club policies and industry regulations. Leadership & Team Management – Lead event staff, delegate responsibilities, and foster a professional, positive team culture.
