This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background and an interest in workplace health and safety (WHS). You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values professionalism, initiative and a positive attitude. THE ROLE As the Safety & Logistics Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Risk and Compliance team. Your responsibilities will include: Co‑ordinating contractor compliance documents, including WHS documentation and plans Liaising with the Event Management team to proactively source event logistics details Administering and maintaining the Evotix Contractor Management System Tracking and following up on deliveries for events Managing filing and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite Organising and minuting WHS committee meetings Providing general administrative support to the Risk & Compliance Manager, Safety Advisor and Logistics Manager ABOUT YOU You’re a detail‑oriented team player with a professional and respectful approach. You’ll bring: At least 3 years’ experience in an administration or co‑ordination role Strong communication and organisational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Experience managing databases and systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office A collaborative mindset and a commitment to safety WHY WORK WITH US?
