At the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCCEC), we’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused AV Logistics and Equipment Co-ordinator to support our Technology Department.This is a hands-on role that ensures our AV equipment and resources are ready to deliver seamless, world-class events. Job Description THE ROLE In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing AV logistics, inventory, and equipment readiness. You’ll coordinate storage, transport, maintenance and stock control to ensure our AV operations are efficient and reliable.Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating AV equipment logistics, availability and departmental resources Maintaining clean, organised and accessible storage areas Managing equipment movements, usage records and cross-hire logistics Maintaining asset registers and supporting procurement and deployment Performing basic maintenance, inspections and coordinating repairs Monitoring consumables and supporting stock control Assisting with setups, pack downs and event preparation as required Supporting testing and tagging, asset disposal and sustainability practices ABOUT YOU You’re a practical problem-solver with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
