Overview O’Reilly’s Rainforest Retreat is seeking a dynamic and experienced Conference & Events Manager to lead and deliver exceptional event experiences in a stunning natural setting. You will oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from corporate conferences and workshops to private functions, ensuring every guest enjoys seamless, memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage conferences, meetings, and special events from concept to completion. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored event solutions. Oversee event logistics including catering, AV setup, accommodation coordination, and on-site staffing. Manage event budgets, monitor costs, and ensure profitability. Lead, train, and schedule event staff to deliver high-quality service standards. Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts where required. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and risk management protocols. Evaluate events post-execution and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Key Selling Points Work in a breathtaking rainforest setting with unique event spaces.
