Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Conference Manager based in Gold Coast, QLD. The Senior Conference Manager will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing high-quality conferences, ensuring all events run smoothly and meet organizational goals. Managing logistics Coordinating with vendors Creating budgets Overseeing conference timelines Fostering excellent relationships with participants and stakeholders Identifying ways to enhance attendee experiences and continuously improve conference management processes Qualifications Extensive experience in Conference Management, Conference Organization, and Event Planning. Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management for events. Strong Customer Service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences. Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with event management tools and software is a plus. Experience in healthcare or education-related conferences or events is desirable. Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
