JLL is seeking a dedicated Portfolio Operations & Capex Coordinator to join our Lendlease Account team on a fixed-term contract basis, covering parental leave. Overview of the role Review, forecast, and manage APPFI Capital Works delivery and sustainability compliance Compile comprehensive business cases for capital works objectives Maintain accurate data across various operational platforms including Evolution, MRI, and iComply Support preparation of 10-year capex plans utilizing lifecycle audits and tenancy reviews Assist with compliance and certification requirements, including Fire Safety Statements Support energy, water, and waste conservation initiatives Provide administrative support for capital works projects and tender documentation Contribute to annual budget preparation and monthly reporting processes Sound like you?
