Senior Accountant

ONE REC Global is working closely with a well-established and growing accounting and advisory firm in Melton, Victoria who are looking to add a Senior Accountant/Tax Manager to the team. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in shaping the organisation, working with high net worth clients, and mentoring and developing a professional team. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review and oversee the preparation of individual, partnership, trust, and company tax returns Manage complex tax affairs for high-net-worth clients Provide high-quality tax and business advisory services to a broad client base Foster and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact Assist in the development and implementation of business processes and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with the Director on strategic projects and firm development Mentor, and develop a small friendly and professional team Skills and Experience Minimum of 7 years' experience in public practice accounting CPA or CA qualified Strong technical knowledge across Division 7A, FBT, CGT, and business structuring Proven experience delivering business advisory and compliance services Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills Proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused approach Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, and Xero Tax software What's on Offer This organisation is committed to providing a professional and supportive environment that values work‑life balance, excellence, and growth.
